| October 2007 - Smokers – please dispose of your
cigarette butts in an appropriate container. Mulch, curbs, gutters, and dumpsters
are not appropriate containers. Residents are
responsible for the pest control inside their units. The development is using Apex
Pest Control for the exterior and you may contract with them individually as needed.
