Warranty & Repair Information

All Patio Homes at Ferndale Gardens come with a one (1) year Builder Warranty from the closing date. Please click here to read your warranty.

All Repair Requests must be received in writing.

E-mail them to jennifer@stonelakehomesllc.com; or fax them to 502-266-8789. Please make sure to include your address and a phone number to contact you at during the day. When the request is received we will call you to schedule a time for our service department to make the repair.

This page is only for Warranty Repair. All requests for repair outside the unit is the responsibility of the Homeowners Association and they should contact Paragon Management. Their website is http://www.paragonky.com/.
